After my last cycle, i made some good gains on the bench and started having pains in my elbows during tri workouts.

They are very sensitive to french press, skull crushers and CGBP, however weighted dips are press downs are fine. Any other ideas for smoking my tri's and building more mass without messing up my elbows any further?

Thanks ahead of time!

I find if I don't warm them up, I get the elbow pain too. I do a couple very light sets of skull crushers, and this helps. May take a week or two to get rid of it first though.

I actually took 1-2 months of light lifting. I started heavy again and pain right away.

I can go up to bodyweight + belt and 90lbs for weighted dips but if i try and skull crush 80lbs even after a heavy dip set I get pain.

My elbows kill after skull crushers, i stick to dips/cgbp/pin presses in the squat rack.. never have issues with those

What do you do with your hands for cgbp, overhand grip no thumbs? reverse w/ thumbs etc?

And whats a pin press?

i actually do the overhand grip no thumbs( easier on my wrists)... for pin presses, put a bench in the squat rack set the pins in a squat rack above your chest to where your triceps are starting to engage, set the bar on the pins, and press, lower it, rest the bar on the pins and press... awesome for tricep size/strength, great for a weak lockout on bench aswell

STOP the fing scull crushers. XDH tore his tricep totally and had to have it operated on, his scar is 6 inches long. It started with scull crushers..he had a jelly like, soft pouch, painless at his elbow. Then it really let go one day while he was benching 130 lb dbs. At 250 lbs he couldn't curl 20 lbs for months after.

I still do sculls but not like he did..

My elbows have gotten better over the last months, i was initially prompted to stop the painful exercises when my uncle who used to lift, showed me 2 scars on both of his elbows where he had tissue removed. I tried skull crushes the other day and the pain was mild and I suspect its getting better, however i am looking for safer exercises, hense the thread.
