Sitting at 203, over 16%BF at 5-8. 3 months after my PCT from my test/deca cycle, Im tired of being heavy. Im also a little bored of my routine. I have never been able to nail the diet right - not that I cant, i just like food.

Wondering if the best thing to do is get into a nutrition course, and a cooking course. This way I can have a much better grasp on nutrition, and how to prepare yummy food that I enjoy AND be healthy. Im aiming at a ripped 180. What do you guys think?

honestly, what you learn in a food nutrtion and health course or cooking course wont come close to the knowledge and advice of this forum. Trust me , i did my undergraduate in Food, Nutrition and Health Sciences and i was in a constant argument with prof's and curriculum regarding "healthy" eating. Also, the way in which most chefs or cooks prepare food isnt good for a bodybuilding diet where you want to get lean. I would just make a list of all the Carbs, protein and fat sources you enjoy and then plan out something you think is reasonable and you can follow, then post it and get feedback from the board. What you do have control over is variation in which you can make food. For example chicken: grilling, bbqing, baking..etc using diff 0calorie sauces (soy sauce, ms dashes, salsa....etc)

much easier to do your diet by yourself or with advice from this forum, even a dummy such as myself got a great diet going and am making great progress
