Goal is to bulk up, not cut. Let me know what you think and make changes where ever you want.
6:00am 4 whole eggs(or 6oz chicken), 4 slices whole wheat bread, 2 cups skim milk
9:30am PB&J sandwich(whole wheat), 1 banana
12:00pm 6oz chicken, 2 cups mashed sweet potato(or 2 cups rice)
2:00pm PB&J sandwich(whole wheat), 1 banana
5:00pm 4-6 oz steak with peppers and onion fried in water, 1 whole wheat pita
Workout
7:00 shake 60g whey protein w/milk
9:00 1 can(6.5oz) of tuna, 2 cups of milk, 1/3 cup quick oats
Everything works out to 3260 cals, 100grams of fat, 195grams protein and 330grams of carbs.
FYI where I have the PB&J is cause I'm at work and only have 10 minute breaks at those points so I need something quick.
Looks good,
9:30 and 2:00 add protein.
If you need something quick, as I often recommend, cup of oats, 2 scoops of protein, add water, and drink/spoon. Then a handful of nuts. A slower digesting protein would be ideal, but if not, the nuts will help slow down digestion a bit.
how much do you weigh? what is your maintenance caloric intake? are you sure you're eating enough to really "bulk"?

Switch, or add 50-55g whey shake with your PB sandwiches.
Up your meat portions to 8oz portions.
Meal 1 add 1c egg whites.
SHould be ok with that.

-Ok seems like everyone is saying add a shake with PB sandwichs. That's what i'll do. Time to buy more shaker cups.
-and up protein to 8oz per meal.
Do you think I should switch to a sugarless jelly and low fat peanut butter?

Stats are in sig. I didn't really have a specific diet before I just ate evrything I could. Trying to be more specific now. According to calorie calculators this will be enough to bulk especially with the addition of everyones input ie more shakes+up protein

yep you're right my bad, i have sigs and avatars turned off....don't be afraid to up the carbs as you get along...using brown rice i hope

Up to you really on how clean you want to be. If you are trying to keep it clean, and want to make those changes, then I'd probably go a step further and cut some of the bread out too.
No such thing as low fat PB, it's nautral PB you would switch to, which is pure peanuts, that's it.
You have bread in 4 meals. So, I'd drop bread in atleast 2 of the meals, sugarless jelly (if any at all), and natural PB. Or don't worry about any of it and keep it the same. May put on a bit of fat but it's not too bad. Just easy on the jelly atleast.
