**** you upper back acne! A spot where I cant reach to pop or even pick at. I am starting to hate leg days, but for a different reason altogether. If i have some acne where the bbell makes contact during squats, guess what gets popped. I wear white kirkland tees at the gym, and nothing more ****ing embarrassing than having bloody popped pimples seeping through my shirt and not even realizing it til i hit the showers.

Bah.

/end rant

Stop wearing white tees... and start taking epson salt baths... hitting a tanning bed a couple time a week is a good idea as well...

Minoxycycline, or bird antibiotics bought from ebay. Only thing that helped me. And only for a short time... after a while it became less effective.

Tried:

Vitamin B5
Apple Cider Vinegar
Epsom Salts
Anti Bacterial Soap
Benzyl Peroxide
Fish Oils
Liv 52
Yes, showers, loofa's, etc.
Changing sheets and pillow cases twice weekly

The above did help, but not very much.

Finally, I just said **** it and ran Accutane. Voila! No more acne. And I mean I had it bad. Chest, back, shoulders, upper and lower arms. The scars on my back are finally fading. It was so bad I would bleed through my shirt, I would have to take an insulin pin and poke the deep ones to clear them because they would not pop and were so deep and painful.

To clear the scars I went here and used their products: www.30glycolic.com. It takes a while, but works. Just like the $100+ dermatoligist skin peels for 1/100 the cost.

I don't drink, take orals. So accutane was my only option, and I felt safe doing it... 40mg for 1 1/2 months, followed by 80 mg for the last 1 1/2 months.

It sucks to have a beautiful body, but you can't show it off because of blemishes.

How long is it taking to fade the scarring?

Usual skin turn over rate is about once monthly. With the glycolic acid solution you apply it weekly so you have 4x the turnover, thus it fades 4 times quicker.

Plus it helps keep your skin smooth and exfoiliated.

I would plan 6 - 12 months for extreme improvement.

Do not tan for awhile as it will make the scars worse.
