Anyone know anyone who has been burned ordering off shore?

I've read through some of the threads on this site and im aware its illegal, but does anyone personally know of anyone ever having police or customs cracking down on someone?

I spotted this on an online pharm site and wondered if it was the same in canada. ie, its illegal to try to order, but no one does anything.

In Canada the rules and regulations apply, and the Gov is cracking down.

Stay away from sites that promise illegal products....sleep well at night.

i have read posts about customs letters & seizures etc......and "I THINK" people being busted....its up to the cops i think whether they say its personal use.........buy domestic...its not worth the risk IMO

I havent been on any Canadian BB sites, so i have no idea. Other than the local mom and pop shops trying to sell M1T's, i've never heard of a bust in Canada.

How was my statement missinformed? I simple made a generalize statement of exactly what you just said. Regardless, they're giving away illegal drugs.

When people use generalized statements the receiver of the information then forms their own determinations of the subject matter based upon their own knowledge and experiences. It's like telling someone asking for cycle advice to use Test and Deca. Well how much Test and Deca and for how long? What about PCT? What about diet and training? Without specifics the individual is left to wander in a confused morass and form their own opinions based on rumour and innuendo.

I didnt want to do a write up about the drug program, I only felt it necesarry to mention the jist of the situation, which is the fact that tax dollars are going towards buying drugs for people. Regardless of the outcome, it demonstrates my point. Its like that huge pot rally they have at the Vancouver art gallery every year. Thousands of stoners sit around smoking massive joints and the cops sit around doing nothing just making sure things dont get out of hand. There is a certain level of tolerance to personal drug use and it would translate to me that "they" dont care.

My gutt would tell me based on the above that I shouldnt worry about being nailed, im simply asking to be proven wrong. If someone has or knows of someone actually recieving a criminal record for ordering 20 amps of test, id like to know about it.

I have not heard of anyone being busted (though I am sure it has happened). that being said, by posting your story up here - and writing out exactly what you ordered you just gave the cops some pretty good ammo - should they decide to arrest you.

I dont think they would waste the resources to bust the individual user. Much like if your car gets broken into, the cops wont even look at it unless something $5000 or more was stolen. Just dont have the resources for petty stuff. Now if you had a $5000 shipment flagged at customs, they would probably let it go through and start an investigation, that or a cop dressed as the Fedex guy will be the one asking for your signature.

The answer is yes. They were busted, tried and prosecuted. Criminal record and jail term served.

They got more time for the importation charge added on the the trafficking charge.

Incorrect. A $5000 shipment is not a 'silver platter', because there is no proof the person was selling anything. They have to then take the time to prove that it was for trafficking. There have been several $5000+ shipments seized and all the was done, was a letter from customs saying it was seized.
