I'm wondering if i'm the only one here. But i have partially torn the soleus in both legs in the passed 6 months. Now there is scar tissue and i'm prone to it happening again. I love rubber guard and butterfly guard and find that pushing feet on hips to change my position/try submissions i have some pretty short calf muscles. I've been trying hard to stretch and weight train them but doesn't seem to help. I'm desperately looking for some exercises to possibly help supporting ligaments in the ankles and such!!! So far i've just been switching lots of my workouts to standing on the bose ball (half ball)

Sorry I can't answer question, and I'm not trying to hijack your thread, but did you hurt both knees while rolling?

can't help either as those are odd injuries for BJJ.

Stretch everyday for atleast a half hour in the morning. I've been training for years and had similar issues until I changed my morning routine to include lots of stretching.
