Hey guys. First time posting here. Just wondering if the supplement DIM is good for combating estrogen sides. I can't get any anti e's my doctor won't prescribe them. I am on Testosterone replacement therapy. Thanks, Burger

If you are on a low dose test for trt you really shouldn't need anything for side effects.

My estrogen has doubled since being on 100mgs of test a week. When you supply your body with testosterone from an outside source your body increases estrogen to balance your htpa?

I believe burger has a point there. Depending on age and BF% estrogen does rise in some. Even on a small dose some individuals on trt do require it. Maybe you should try a different Doc or Androgel/testim. Also I have read that frequent injections may reduce some estrogen but I'm not 100% sure.

if you inject every second day, it will reduce some estrogen sides. it does for me i can run over a gram of test without having any gyno problems.

everyone is different give it a try see if it works out for you, good luck

You can also try reducing estrogen through diet.
