What do you do for gpp/cardio?

I was smacking tires with a heavy sledgehammer for timed intervals. Now I will be doing heavy bag intervals (boxing). If I can put together a decent sled I'd be up for some sled dragging as well but I can't build for shit so that will have to wait til I can afford to buy a sled.....

that would be pretty intense.....id be up for it....i always push harder when i'm going against someone else!

All I've ever done is the bike, and strongman events... as well as kickboxing.

A few buddies use the prowler and it seems to work really well for them.

My GPP sucks and I really need to step that part of my training up. However , when I do do it , it's usually walking , riding the bike , and in the winter I shovel snow ( my house and those around me ). I just picked up a harness and some rope so I will be starting to tow my truck for a few 100 meters.
