you dont really hear about many people eating bean ( kidney beans, black beans, red beans, romano beans etc.) they seem to be relativly high in fibre and have a decent amount of protein and carbs.... is there a reason why not many people eat them???

Beans are great, combined with complex carbs you get all the essential amino's. I do think they get over looked alot, as they dont taste the best. They have a awsome nutitional breakdown and are usefull calories during dieting phase.

Beans, beans, the musical fruit
The more you eat, the more you toot,
The more you toot, the better you feel,
So eat your beans with every meal
I don't mind having wieners and beans every now and then. But I can't stand them on their own.

Never considered beans in my diet but might be a nice switch..
I know that Serge Nubret said he would eat beans every day and he was big and lean as ****.

Beans are very healthy... however the quality of the protein in beans is not the same as animal based protein...
