I was going to wait till my 51st birthday on Oct. but i figured i wouldn't have any tan left by than, so i'm a month or so early. Quick run down, i'm 51yrs old, 5'11, about 212/215lb., no idea on BF. My goal was to get ripped this year, first time ever and as you can see i don't know shit about dieting, lol.. I've always had a very physical job so my challenge was always trying to keep the weight on. Since changeing jobs i can now see that i have to do some changes in my life style, but that's what makes it fun!

Damn thanks for all the encouragement!! Really means a lot guys. Once you get up to this age a guy has his up and down days, especially when ya have to roll out of bed because of an aching body, lol. Not sure if i mentioned this on CBB but i became a Granddad about a month ago, cutest baby boy you ever seen.

No torn muscle.. Not sure why, i'm thinking that since i'm right handed and packing a chainsaw up and down the mountains for 30 some odd years has given me a somewhat of a lopesided physique. Even my left shoulder tended to drop more than my right. It used to be a lot worse but it's been a while since i carried a chain saw and i think i'm starting to "balance" out a bit.
