Any of you have a new years resolution. Mine will be to eat more so I can gain more weight. It's not as easy as it's sounds. I'm a skinny dude.

Eat 25g of protein 6-8x, either in meals or as shakes. Eat some casein (e.g. cottage cheese) before bed to stave of catabolism. During the day eat plenty of healthy fats like fish oil, lecithin, sesamin, olive oil. MCT (fractionated coconut oil) is high in calories (8 cal per gram), but doesn't store easily as fat. Focus your carb intake around your workouts. If you are training hard and smart, you'll put on mass, without much fat.

Not really any new resolutions. I will still continue to remain healthy and in top shape year round. I also want to compete in a Iron Man next year and I know I could do it. I have already ran a 21 k and a 42 k races and competed in a 5 hour spinathon non stop and just last week I did a 3 hour session non stop on the stepmill at levels 13 to 15. So yeah, I think I am ready for an Ironman :)

My resolution is to party a little more. I've neglected to have a little fun in 2007.

Nice list UG!

Hmm..... I haven't given it too much thought yet, although I have an idea what it might be. Not going to be a physical goal either. I've still got a day or two left to think about it.

To mark exams and write papers forthwith instead of procrastinating.

To hit 220 this cycle. I'm 5' 6.5".

To find a woman I actually want to be with.

To utilize healthier coping mechanisms when life starts testing my resolve.

my new years resolution will be tough to follow through with:

Not going to the gym for the first two weeks of the new year because its psycho packed with new years resolutioners who are trying to lose weight but will give up in two weeks. I just get frusterated when I'm there so I may as well take two weeks off and just get some cardio plowin the gf.
