I was thinking of what just happened here today and I'm actually in awe. You guys got the attention of a major part of the Canadian Bodybuilding Community without having all the bells and whistles like the big US sites have. The little board that could is what comes to mind.

This site is what the true meaning of a COMMUNITY is. Everyone chips in to make it what it is.

I want to let you know that I am proud to be here and proud of what us Canadians can accomplish when we chip in together. It's not all me me me. It's more let's bring it together and accomplish something. Outstanding job to everyone who got this done.

It shows a passion for the sport and the people involved with it.

I think Rob Feleez is a typo. Belise is pronouced Beleelze I believe. May have been heard wrong when pronounced at the show. Need a confirmation on this and I'll change it.

Hey guys!! just in the buisness center at the sandman in vancouver.. Sorry for any typos... I was typing live on my cell and missing half the show, so I enlisted my daughter to help... the programs were missing half the names of competitors, so we had to listen to the MC and try to desypher what he was saying in then type it quickly in a phone... I wasn't tryint to mistaken anyone or to offend anyone!

It was a great show with a few really crappy moments... first off... I am a HUGE fan of womens bb (SURPRISE lol) and it was a grat dissapointment to see ONE procard handed out. Zoa Lindsay the second place heavy weight brings such a different package, she is literally uncomparable! All the women looked great and I think it was an injustice to award one card!

the men were amazing.. I don't really know alot about mens bb, but in my opinion Antoine had a very appealing physique... I really like his proportions, he looks more like an old school bb... Todd Payette from manitoba brought a similar look to the show and was awarded 3rd place...

of course a personal dissapointment for me was my gal Leigh not making top 3... but she looked amazing and ended up weighing in a little light (I think moving 2 weeks before competition and then driving accross the country might not have been the best move... but now we know for next year!!) she can still pack on almost 4 pounds.. so watch out next year because we'll be back bigger and harder and ready to take home some hardware!!!! (and I'd be honoured to report live again!!)

Hey, what a fun show!!! I was thrilled to ba a part of it. I thought Leigh looked great! I have no doubt that next year, without driving cross country ...she will be even better and crack top 3 for sure!!!

Glad to hear you are doing another show. YOU have a ton of charisma onstage and physically so much potential. You will get better with each show!!!

If I do a show next year it will be Masters. I need to gain 15-20lbs of muscle first!!! So we may be at the same show!!!
