was just doing some reading about it and wondered if anyone has tried it....
"The ingredients are: cAMP, B-12, magnesium, selenium and potassium. cAMP, or cyclic adenosine mono phosphate, is the precursor to ATP, adenosine triphosphate, which powers muscle contractions and is thought to be the effective ingredient in causing increased strength. cAMP also signals muscle cells to synthesize protein as well as increase insulin sensitivity which would ostensibly shove all that available protein into muscle cells along with whatever glycogen you have floating around. It's further believed that increased cAMP fires up cellular activity by increasing oxygen transfer which causes increased liberation of stored body fat for fuel. So, the stuff is supposed to make you big and shredded in a profound way. "
