So i knew somebody who was brewing his own suspension , so after my one buddy guinea pigged it and got results i thought i would give it a try...low and behold once the bottle was done there was lots of white shit in the bottom of the bottle but all of the liquid is gone , the dude is away for a while so if anybody can explain this i would appreciate it.m thinking it didnt get filtered good enough and whats left just didnt dissolve properly while making it but not certain

There will always be some residue in the vial from suspensions like TNE and Winstrol. Thats the leftover powder. Think of it like sand in water. When you shake it mixes together, but after a while will settle to the bottom again.

Either you didn't shake it enough before drawing up, or the particles were too large for the size of needle you were using. Suspension doesn't dissolve, it is (by definition) suspended particles. How good a suspension is depends (among other things) on how small those particles are. A home brewer is going to have a lot more difficult time making good suspension because all he can do in a sterile environment is swirl and shake it up.
