Ok guys as I am quite sick of the same old I am willing to put myself in your hands, the members to build a body, this will include me updating pics up on here and such..... What I want is a workout regime, supplement list, and diet made by fellow CBBers....... I will follow everything to a tee..... this can be completely customizable because I can work out and eat virtually whenever..... I will do an Alberta amature show next year if I can pull it off
Here are a few things about me
5'8 215 prolly 10%BF
cycle experience done prolly 8 cycles, nothing major though will use HGH, IGF1, peptides, insulin is very touchy for me as I see it being very dangerous
Typical cycle is
wks 1-16 750mg of cyp a wk
weeks 1-8 50mg winny ED
weeks 1-16 600mg deca or EQ a wk
weeks 14-20 anavar 50mg ED
run nolva at 20mg a day, not prone to gyno but just in case
I use HCG the last 2 weeks before cycle ends
Do Clomid therapy 3-4 weeks after last shot
HGH about 5iu's a day
so that is the doses I do, when I talk supps I also mean multis, omegas, creatine, glutamin, protein etc.....

Hmm. no offense but thats asking for quite a lot bro. What I would suggest is putting something together for yourself, and then asking for suggestions. What you asking for some people pay good money for and you want it for free?

Ditto...not to mention that you'll get TONS of contradictory recommendations. For example, some may say the cycle you outlined looks great, some may say it looks a little mild....me I'll say the doses are way to high (from a health perspective)...I'd do 250mg of test E5D 30mg a var a day and 2 iu's of GH, period. lol. Probably not the recommendation you're looking for though.:popc2
