That-a-boy. B.C. is nice.Nationals are at the end of summer usually and that seems to be when we get our best weather out here.Would be good times!Plus there's lots for you seniors:D to do out here.Lotts of bingo halls etc;).Hopefully I can qualify at this years B.C.s so I can join ya next year

That's shitty to hear.I'm pretty sure I know who you are from reading a post on another board or something and you did good this year. I thought the top three was really tight.Getting the shoulder fixed is only gonna make training easier and more productive in the future which is only gonna make you better.Good luck, hopefully you don't have to wait to long.

I havent been able to train at 100% for a couple of years now. Just my legs and I brought them up to par since my first show. I still managed to put on around 20lbs onto my stage weight within those few years.

Depends of how surgery goes, I might try and do the SWFC...maybe. I know I can get in good enough shape in 10-12 weeks to do well in that show to requalify for the next years BC's as I dont think I'm still ellig for them then even though I've done them 3 times.

I just hope they dont find more then expected in the surgery.

You should be good to go for Provs 2009 without doing the SWFC. ^^^^ is from bcabba website under Tiering.

Thanks for that info, thats good news now I can spend more time recovering and getting back to 100% for the BC's next year then, and the Natnls. Looks like I got a nice looong offseason coming up, lol.
