Mariusz actually is pretty well balanced all around athlete, not to mention he does alot of bodybuilding excerises, notice him to doing the arm curls in the video :)

Honestly, 99.9% of the strongmen or power lifters look nothing like Mariusz... I heard he eats whatever he wants... pretty incredible genetics!!!

Mariusz is known for eating a TON... lots of sausage and bacon, and plenty of candy spaced throughout the day.

As well he's known for training totally insane.

Mariusz also went on tour as a singer and was on dancing with the stars in Poland. lol

Just an incredible athlete. Amazing strength. And he has the genetics to have been a pro level BB. Huge props.
