Hello everyone, another addition from Ontario. A bit about me:
I train more for functional strength and size than anything and am currently on a DC routine. I am into the scientific side of lifting and nutrition (am now going back to school for a 2nd degree this one being in food science). I am not someone whom just takes the word of a study at face value, it always needs testing before I make permanent changes based on scientific results. Generally I am just here to learn some things and maybe help teach some others.
