i split mine through the day with meals.
You can split it through your day or take it all at once since your taking this supplement each day.

When it comes to Omega-3 timing really isn't an issue, either method works fine.
I usually take 3 with my first meal, and 3 in a later meal.
It's pretty hard to overdo omega 3s.

Yah I've talked to some natural and medical doctors and they've all said you can take ALOT of Omega 3's from either flax oil or fish oils. Both are really good sources. At one good point in my training and supplementation I was taking 40-60 grams of a combination of flax and fish oils per day spread throughout the day. Felt freakin amazing on them at that dose. Skin was increadible, joints felt awsome, everything!

exactly, it dont matter how many you take at once, if you think about it, eating a triple cheese burger meal with fries gets you 80-90g saturated fats and your body can still utilize that. Taking 50g of PUFA at a sitting wont hurt you
I can't stand those fish oil pills, you just burp a salmon taste ever 10 minutes, gross. Go with omega 3 eggs and flax

I tried those omega eggs once. They friggen tasted like fish! Flax I like because it`s versatile. You can put in your oatmeal, yogout, shakes...

BUT, Remember fellas.
Omega 3's from fish oil thin the blood, therefore increasing the risk of bleeding inside the body at large doses. So you can go overboard with these things, and yes there can be too much of a "Good thing". You're supposed to have a 2to1 or 3to1 ratio of Omega 6-3. Keep that in mind.
Good point. I was taking 12/day, and my INR & PT were normal, however megadosers should keep the thinning in mind.

Put the pills in the fridge/freezer. This helps prevent them from breaking down in your stomach and giving you the burps. Instead they go right thru into the Small Intestine. Give that a try.

Since fish oil may have a blood-thinning effect, it is recommended that anyone taking anticoagulant medications (blood thinning medications) such as Coumadin or taking any over-the-counter blood thinners such as aspirin, consult with a physician before taking any supplements. In addition, anyone who has a bleeding disorder should consult their physician.
There is a possibility that very high doses could excessively thin the blood and cause bleeding.

Also, be sure to read up on hemp seed oil, it is the highest in EFA's 75-80% total and has a perfect ( 3:1 ) of omega 6 to omega 3 essential fatty acids which is exactly what your body requires.

omega 3 is in all poultry and fish, not just "omega 3 eggs"
