View Full Version : Injured knee, how to split up workup around it?

I injured my knee playing baseball yesterday and I was going to do legs at the gym today. I've already done back and chest this week and today was going to be legs and tomorrow arms and shoulders.

How should I break arms/shoulders into today and tomorrows workout? Or do I just skip today, and do my regular arms workout tomorrow? This is what I normally do:

5 Supersets:

Standing ezbar curls
Overhead extensions(ezbar)
Upright rows

3 Supersets:

Preacher curl
Rope pull downs
Lat raises
