Training in Cuba

The guy is my brother-in -law. The lady is my wife. Got to give them lots of props for training with nothing other more than what most of us would throw in the trash. No supplements of any kind are available. This is the true "all natural" training method. Eggs, rice, chicken, pork, beans, and very limited veggies is all there is.
