Quick question guys, I am taking 4 pills of Lipoex spread out in the day. Should i step down the dosage before coming off of it? Its a great product but its just that I am on a keto diet that restricts caffiene.

I just don't want a huge crash from the caffiene withdrawal. I normally drink very little caffiene mainly through herbal teas.

Let me know if i should slowly taper it down?

Should be ok not tapering off.

id say to taper off. Though your energy might be fine, im not sure if shutting down completely will affect metabolism. I dont think it will. but who knows.
