Good cycle?

I'm 28, 5'10" and 195 lb. This is my 4th cycle. I'm looking to gain a moderate amount of lean muscle mass, good strength gains, and lose a little bodyfat. Gyno is a major concern for me, so AI required.

Wk 1-11 test-e 700mg/week
Wk 1-7 var 40mg ED

Wk 1-13 a-dex 0.5mg
Wk 9 - 12 HCG 500iu E3D
Wk 14-18 clomid only PCT

Questions:

1. does this look good considering my goals, or should I increase the test?

2. I found aromasin had little effect before, leaving me with mild gyno on one side (although barely noticeable) - I want to prevent worsening or reverse if possible, so is arimidex best or is letrozole better (even though it totally knocks out my libido)?

3. I am used to starting PCT 2 weeks after last shot of enanthate, but according to a PCT calculator I start after 4 weeks. Should I ignore the calculator and just start PCT after 2 weeks if I'm doing 5 full weeks of PCT?

i think letro is better for gyno reversal..but i wouldnt run anything through the entire cycle..estrogen is your friend..i would just keep some nolva around and if you feel it flair up take 20mg for a few days till its gone.

12.5mg ED at onset of symptoms - reduced symptoms a bit, but still there. This is why I want to run AI throughout this time, as a preventative.

I had reasonably good results with 40 before - improved vascularization especially around my shoulders, and moderate strength increase. 60 would definitely be better... I guess the recession is over.

Well there's your problem right there...the standard dose for aromasin is 25mg/day...that dose would have taken care of your gyno/estrogen issues entirely. Run either 25mg of aromasin per day on cycle if you have estro problems....you only need a very small amount of estrogen to produce IGF-1 and build muscle.

That's a mistake I won't make again.
I believe 0.5mg A-dex is standard dose.

looks good to me bro, I personally like 14-16 weekers....I also keep the anavar down low, contest i only took 30 mgs per day and worked phenomenal.....If you get good stuff, you dont need much....
I personally dont do ai while on, i dont require it, if i feel sides coming i lower my dose a bit, but im pretty lucky that way so far....
