The wife finally arrived after about a 1.5 year immigration process. She arrived about a week ago so I have been kinda busy, even too busy for here. She is settling in. She brought back some pics of the hardcore gym she used in Cuba. I will post pics soon.
I went to see my HRT doc recently and told him about my Shouldice experience. He asked if they had actually seen me before asking me to drop 35 lbs. I told him NO and they had based their opinion on a questionnaire. He all but called them idiots and referred me to a surgeon he says that the docs call when they get in over their heads. So it looks like I will be back to lifting soon. Until then I have lots of cardio to do with the wife. ;)
