It's either the GHD or seated calf raises. I enjoy my heavy squats and deads but the burning calfs and hams is something I never look forward to.

calves make me anxious... I've fallen so many times doing calves (on a wedge)... and gotten my head stuck inside the stupid machine... and they ALWAYS feel like burning the next day!

but I hate reverse flies more!

hate cardio I mean real intense cardio like 5k - 8k runs

I'm burned out on them (been SSing it for a year, and now that I'm on a crash diet they suck even greater balls), and going am going to switch to *gasp* leg presses and Bulgarian squats for a while..

Cardio sucks, too, so I don't do it..

Brisk walks and that's about it..

Any ab exercise blows... Thats why i deadlift and squat... works my core well enough that i can get away with doing 1 ab session a week

Barbell curl...I try to go heavy as I can on a bench press bar...hurts like a bitch then followed by heavy dumbells...I can't stand it, but I never miss a bicep workout and never wimp out !! I don't look forward to it at all...lol

Deadlifts, because my form is awful, and no matter what I do, I can't get proper form, and can't lift heavy.

Squats right now because my knees are killing me, don't usually mind them though.

I hate working calves and any exercise related to doing so, but that's just me complaining because they don't grow well for me.

I dont really have a hated exercise, I go thru periods where I prefer some over others though

What does drive me crazy is when I am doing a movement like good mornings and somebody will come up and point out that i am doing my squats all wrong, even worse when somebody with the ILS and glare looks at me and is thinking it

Well, not an exercise I have ever done.. but when two dudes do it... I hate that.
