Pre Contest Cycle

Im 14 weeks out now from my 4th contest it's my first contest taking injectables but i have been taking them on and off for over a year now.

i was looking at this

weeks 14-4 500mg test-e
14-0- 400 mg EQ
weeks 10-0 - 50-100mg of Winny
Clen cycled 2 weeks on 2 off- 120mcg/day (split dose)

should i cut the test out at week 4 some say yes and some people say no i would like some imput on this and also if anyone else thinks i should substitue anything here let me know i would appreciate the imput.

week 14-4? your cycle confuses me..

your test is too low.. in my opinion test should be higher for contest prep because of the risk of loosing muscle.. EQ dose is too low as well.. anything under 600mg a week is useless.. here is a good cycle for u

750 mg test week 1 to 14
600 mg eq week 1 to 14
50mg winny ED week 8 to 14
clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks.. your dose seems good
arimidex 1mg EOD week 1 to 10
arimidex 1mg ED weeks 10 to 14
proviron 50mg ED week 10 to 14

You never..ever cut out test before a show. 500mg is fine for maintainng muscle you wont lose any on a good diet. Proviron is redundant with an AI. Arimidex is not the best choice aormasin or femara are preferable. You do not need high dosages...500 test and 400 eq are perfectly fine.

Test E 500mg weekly 14-0
EQ 400mg weekly 14-0
Winny 50MG ED week 6-0
Clen start at 20mcg twice daily and ramp up to 120mcg ED by incresing the dose 20 mcg every two weeks...taper off after the show...DO NOT run it two weeks on two off.
You can run an AI such as aromasin the last 4 weeks at 12.5mg ED to avoid any estro sides...the first 10 weeks at 12.5mg EOD.

Your dosages are fine....winny is only needed last 4-6 weeks. You wont hold water if taking an AI.

what preatorian recommended is petty much the exact cycle i did for my first show and i worked pretty good for me- second in heavyweights

k ill keep em where there at then, im only middleweight class not huge and i have not done tons og AI cycles so i reacted very well to even 400 prop a week so ill keep it where it is for now thanks guys

Your dosages are fine....winny is only needed last 4-6 weeks. You wont hold water if taking an AI.
