Curious as to the members views and experiences with B-12 supplementation?

B12 orals are a big waste, your body only absorbs about 1% through this method of ingesting, if you want to get the full effects of B12, go to the pharmacy at shoppers and get the injectable version and shoot 1cc every week, to start off i would shoot 1cc every other day depending on why your taking the B12.. a weekly dose is usually enough.

i like to take 1CC IM 45mins pre workout when not on cycle :)

I mix B-12 with my HCG instead of the solvent that comes with it, makes for a pain free injection :)
It also increases appetite so its great for bulking.

sublingual B-12 supplements are probably ineffective because the cobalamin molecule is too large to diffuse through the mucosa of the mouth.

You got to inject it or use intra-nasal

Methylcobalamin is a cobalamin, it's in fact the active form of it. Not sure if it's working under the tongue. Guess I should give it a try
