Ukrainianguy had given me a good idea about forum leaders. Like a mod of one forum but has a responsibility for just that one forum. To move it, clean it up, promote, make posts etc.
It's different than a super mod position. Super mods are really to help me keep the board running smoothly and if they want to make great posts and threads, it's an option. Forum leaders are more to help the forum they lead with posts, answers, threads, promoting, etc as well as some mod functions.
These people will be very good at the section subject they mod. For example, the supplements section will need an expert on supplements, what's out there etc. The diet, nutrition same. AAS will need one. Training will need and also contest prep and so on. But they must be considered very knowledgable in that topic. This will bring the member a lot of recognition.
Applications coming soon. Just putting the info out there for those that will be interested.
