Ok,so i went to my family doctor, explained that i think i'm having a problem dropping weight, and putting on lean muscle.
So i ask this dude to set up an appointment for me to get my bloodwork done,i get it done,i go and see my family doc about my results,he's running down the list telling me my blood sugar levels look good, cholesterol count looks good, testosterone levels look good, then he starts talking to me,and then stops in mid sentence, and then tell me...Oh wait, your testosterone levels are a lil low.
He then tells me that my count is a 5.7,now,can someone tell me what my count should be for a dude in his early 30's.
So he goes on to write me a script for a small dosage of testerone supplement, and that we'll keep an eye on the count, but he says,if i take a higher dosage,it could result in prostate cancer....Like a need that
So then i ask him if it would be better for me to purchase trib off the shelf,he then responds vehemently....NO,you shouldn't do that,we don't know what the ingredients are,( I really don't think this guy knows about supplementation)so i quickly dropped that issue before he blew a gasket.
Can i get some help/feed back for my situation,i'm trying to get back to the gym after i move, and i want to be on point when it's time to start weight training again.
