I'll try to keep this as short as I can...
Here I am, about 2.5 weeks out from my MRI for my orig knee injury of over a year ago, suspected ACL tear, and I completely shred my knee again, must be the size of a watermelon.
My MRI has now been bumped up & I should be slated for surgery by mid-oct.
My plan was to run a low dose of test to keep mr happy functional while I ran deca for the joint & ligaments themselves.
Looking for plans/ideas from someone who might have been there to not only speed things up but to really aid with proper strengthening.
