I love inviting new members to the board, back when we were Nexus I think I had as many as 13 people sign up as members.

I know very little these days about men's supplements and would be lost in that forum. I have seen posters get out of hand and try my best to contact mods off line to get things corrected before the situation can do damage. I'm old school in my own training methods and don't even have a ball in my own gym here at home. I know the ropes of competing and only wish for the best here in Ontario that it works out for the best for everyone.

I will confess I need a date on Sat night for a wedding :yeah more then becoming a forum leader right now. Thanks everyone for the off line and on line votes of confidence.

I Vote 69Charger..a figure girl is as important as a rusty seasoned bodybuilder on here, even more. Not everyone aspires to look like a small tank..that is the group we need to focus on.

Take a hard core gym for example..not many people out there to fill one..so the gyms all go Fitness and then they draw seniors, juniors and newbies on top of the seasoned pros. A happy mix..CBB is all that.
