View Full Version : gear is running out fast

i did a calculation and it looks like my gear is running out faster than it's supposed to. according to the math, this vial should last me 8 weeks but just looking how much is left in there i highly doubt that it will.
i'm not saying that's it's underfilled (althought that is always possible). i'm thinking it might be because each time u finish an injection there is a bit of gear left between the needle and the black plunger. there is always a bit that you can't inject, know what i mean? Is there anyway to save this or a technique to inject it all?
this is really annoying, because nothing is ever precise because of this.

Draw a little air into the barrel of the syringe before you draw the oil out of the vial. This air pocket will let you inject more of the gear. I've heard of guys doing this to save gear.
Personally I just make sure i have more than enough gear for a cycle. You never know what can happen during a cycle so it's always good to be prepared for anything.

You lose something like 0.1 mL everytime you draw for a vial. I usually count on 8 or 9 mL out of 10. Unless you are lucky enough to have a source that over fills.

Thats what I used to do so I didn't waste any gear, leaving gear in the barrel is like leaving beer in the botton of a bottle, not good, lol.

how do you get the air bubble to sit at the back of the gear... wouldn't it just come to the front and end up being injected into the muscle?

Keep the plunger end of the syringe in an upright position. Might have to adjust your body position when injecting from what you're used to.

Gravity bud, I inject with the needle somewhat vertical and the bubble stays at the plunger end.
