My buddy gave me a bottle, just wondering if anyone has tried it and what kind of results they got.

1-AD is good, it is the prohormone to 1-test. It is really just a matter of the dose, so one bottle isn't going to do much for you, but that doesn't mean it is a bad prohormone... orally available 1-test is great, just until you consider the price of running it at a high enough dose to see the results. I don't know particulars about the conversion rate of 1-AD to 1-test, but it isn't very high, as it would need to be to be an economically viable choice compared to other things out there, readily available.

No, you're not going to see any conversion to estrogen. And the androgen related sides, well, those aren't all bad, but if you are prone to balding and don't like that, well, you'd be better off not using a strong androgen to begin with.

1ad is the non-methylated form of 1-test..have used it many times. The gains are somewhat mild but lean/dry/hard. 300-600mg per day in divided doses will give you results.
