Yes but a very low calorie count by themselves. Some companies mix it with other things like carbs so make sure you read the label to know exactly how many calories you are getting.

From the research I did, a basic 3 amino acid combo can have about 5 calories. Which is relatively nothing. Breath for 10 minutes and it's burned away.
