my new routine, i burn an extra 5cals a min.. oh and yes, im now 10 inches shorter, 150lbs lighter and i turned asian.. im on PCT.. shit happens.

It seems She loves life, and doesn't care what anyone thinks. That's a good trait in my eyes.

awwww :) but ya, I wouldn't have the balls to do something like that. But I definitely don't get that excited about HIIT lol
