I restructured the forum a bit and added some new ones.

A few things I want to point out. The women forums are for women. Please let them have a place they feel comfortable in. Don't drool over every woman that shows up on CBB. They deserve the same respect you would give them if you met them in person. If someone gets out of hand, you will be barred from entering the women section.

A special note for BOTH WOMEN AND MEN. The diet and nutrition sections are for just that, how to eat, how to diet etc... If you wish to discuss supplements, please do so in the Bodybuilding Supplements forum in the General Bodybuilding section. It is for both women and men.

18+ forum has been added. Keep erotic talk and pics there. No exceptions. We need to keep this place clean.

We'll have a relationship forum too now as I noticed quite a few threads on relationships. We'll keep them organized this way.

All suggestions and feedback welcome. Does the structure look ok to you? Of course change always leaves you a bit confused but if it's logically structured, then we'll all get used to it quickly. If something is out of place, let me know and if something should be added let me know too.

first off the new avi is rockin.....

i think that is a great post and will only help out the site.....It will definitely help out the ladies section for sure, as ive pointed out before, some fellas are just way to immature to see an attractive lady close to being in the buff without being crude etc...Good, good, good......
Then again there are women that enjoy that type of attention and at least if thats what they are seeking, they can go to other threads and post up or talk the talk, but the gals that need the serious advice and talk have a home of their own...
Its nice to see the organization now...
Good work as always MP.....

Nutrition and diet would probably go good under general too, rather than competition.
Not that it's a big deal or anything though.
