Except for the stomach DJ has a better overall package. The IFBB really hasn't shown any sign of scoring down the GH gut. I think that's a shame because it enforces obscenely expensive gh habits. Fouad's got all the pieces but hasn't got them all working together quite yet. If he doesn't allow himself to get frustrated in the next couple of years I think he will very likely walk past the likes of Dennis James and with a little luck hit top 5 at the olympia.

wow fouad really looks 10 times better than at tampa. **** hes making canada proud and i really hope he gets the placing he deserves. I havent seen him look this dry and diced even at the olympia. Honestly unreal and i really hope he can pull this one out...

un****ing real. I cannot believe that crap. I can somewhat see last weeks placing as it became Fouad's balance + conditioning against DJ's size but this week for 4th? I just don't see it.

from my understanding his waist is still 32", simply put its mainly genetics and also a controlled smaller portioned diet leading up to the show..

alot more sets, sore joints from hardcore training.. he always trained heavy but i dont think he ever did this much volume.. he always ate high protein, mod carbs, low fat.. but i think Hany has him eating a ton more and all clean.. even in the off season its only 1 cheat meal a week..

ya i guess.. all clean calories as well.. but compared to off-season im guessing the portions are not quite as big for show prep..
