WTF leg killed with pimples

Alright i am not currently on a cycle of any kind and am using just basic protein and good clean diet. I shower two times a day and have basicly no acne on my face none on neck and the odd 1 on the rest of my body. The last week or so my quads..not calves at all or back or anything has been completely killed with pimples. Not just little blackheads were talking whiTE mofos and its horrible. It started with a few now its like at least 15 good sized ones per leg. As far as sweating it hasnt been any more than normal. I thought maybe in grown hairs from shaving from my comp but havnet in 2 weeks. Any suggestions. I just use whatever bodywash is in the shower so do you think its the soap or something.

I get that if I haven't shaved my legs in a while, then they go away. So I either shave more often, or stop shaving alltogether.

mainly quads and im thinking it may be ingrown hairs from an electric razor. Also i asked somebody and they recomended hydrocortisone cream from shoppers to try on it so im gonna give that a shot. Also switched soaps to some bar shit cuz that bodywash may be the problem. May sound a bit queer but anyone recomend any soap that is good?

You might want to look for a specific sort of "Wash" just for the spots..

new pants? the lining of different kind of workout pants sometimes irritates my skin...but it prob has more to do with the shaving issue as you have opened up the skin pores...next time if you do shave again using rubbing alcohol on the area after to kill any bacteria

gillette mens exfoliating body wash it did wonders for the acne on my arms and legs or just use an oxfoliate face scrub on your legs both are under 10 bux and both work great

I get little white puss like things a day after I shave on my forearms/bicep area, right where the elbow bends, but they are gone within a day or 2

Diet is clean. using the special acne cleansing soap i got from the pharmacist. stopped shaving altogether becuase its just to much. I honestly dont no what to do. same or worse then the original post. Now its spreading to the calves and bumps on the low back?

sounds like a rash. i had one many year from a tanning bed. use a fungal cream

Are you 100% sure it's acne? If you aren't, go see your doctor and get a refferal for a dermo. Don't just start throwing creams and cleansers and shit at it.
