The fruit seems like it might spike your blood sugar.
Is this intended to be a ketogenic diet?
What's the calorie count on this one? It seems a little aggressive. How much weight do you need to cut and in what period of time?
If you are 14-15% @ 6' 1" @ 204 you should likely be thinking about putting on weight rather than cutting. What are you cutting weight for?
1. Too much fruit.
2. Add up your total calories, seems very low. 1500 maybe?
3. MOre protein in 1st meal.
4. I'd mix whey with some casein if you use it for a meal.
What made you go with that training split?
Chest and back in one day is quite a bit. Plus wednesday you do shoulders, bis, tris, which may effect your thursday workout where you'll be using all 3 of those muscles a great deal.

the training split i got from arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding i like quite a bit i wanna cut down to about 10% guessing that will be around 185-190 then start building lean mass once again i wanna do this in about 2 months or so and yah its suppose to be keto diet sorta i guess... so i guess i should ditch the fruit then... what would u recommend for keto diet then
You need to read what a keto diet is, because almost every meal is the exact opposite of a keto meal.
And you can't be keto 'sorta', it's all or nothing.
I'd start with
200g of protein per day (some will jump in here and say you should take 600g per day, but imo 200 is just fine) On cycle you could take 300 if you want.
220g of fat per day.
200 / 6 meals = 33g per meal.
220 / 6 meals = 36-37g per meal.
Meal1: 6 eggs
Meal2: 1.5 scoop whey + 3tbsp Udo's oil.
Meal3: Chicken Caesar salad, heavy chicken, heavy dressing. Add cheese and bit of bacon.
Meal4: Steak + 2 tbsp peanut butter
Meal5: Taco seasoning on chicken or ground beef, in salad with lots of cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Meal6: Can of tuna with 4tbsp may (8g fat per tbsp)
Can also sub in chicken wings, bacon, hamburger with no bun.
Will also depend on you daily activity, etc.
May need to drop it down to 33-34g of fat per meal.
I probably wouldn't do a training split like that on Keto.
Wonder how many will hate my diet recommendation lol.

using mayo as a fat source?? i think you could do a little better than that..try and get more healthy fats rather than fat from bacon and mayo, try some salmon, use flax oil for salad dressings and dont forget to supplement omega 3's , you dont need to supplement 6 or 9.. and i dont think you need to add more fat to the steak meal.. besides who like peanut butter on steak..lol
I'm pretty sure you don't have to put the PB on the steak. Depending on teh cut of the steak the extra fat may be needed.
Why would I want to eat salmon when I can eat bacon?
Do you even know what mayo is made up of?

That training split will not work while trying to lose weight. Find something with more rest days, less volume. The training information in the Arnold Encyclopedia is not good in my opinion.

because salmon has better quality fats in it, the pb on the steak was a joke, but i dont think you need to add fat to a steak meal..and there are better fat sources than mayo.. flax seed oil, evol, macadamia nut oil, eat some nuts (lol)
Sure if it's what you want. But if you want to eat mayo with your tuna, nothing wrong with that. I'll take mayo over flax seed oil :)

Well, it may depend on your level of training experience. Something more along the lines of starting strength or 5x5. Working out 6/7 days with high volume and a caloric deficit will probably make you feel run-down and overtrained. I would suggest focusing on core lifts like squat, bench, deadlift etc... Train 3-4 days per week. If you're dieting your focus should be more along the lines of maintaining the muscle you already have.
