C-Money.....I've tried bro! I do know that my lats are out of proportion as well which causes my shoulders to roll forward a bit which make them look outa whack....maybe?

Dorian Yates used to train his rear delts on back day. Could be something to try.

Shoulders are my thing, I only train em once every few weeks because they overpower my arms. I've found high rep ranges good for delts. Say, take a 10 pound dumbells, sit down to do rear laterals and try and get sets of 50-60-70+. I once did 500reps in one set of seated laterial raises when preping for my first competition. Your arms go numb, several times through out. I started out only being able to get 50 or so, and each week tried to add 25reps on. Now, this isn't for everyone... but you said you tried everything;) It might do the trick.

haven't done the crazy high rep thing for them yet so it's deff worth a shot man...thanks

There are delts in the rear?... Hmm... doh!

Mine seem to get a pretty good work out when I'm pulling and developed along with my back and traps.

do more of a row than a fly. make sure you bring it high, like to your armpit, do it bent over or laying face down on an incline. this allows you to go heavier cuz you utilize the biceps a bit. thats why i train em on back and bicep days. Ive found this has given me fa better results than reverse flys.

I had great luck with reverse flys on the pec dec machine. But instead of holding the horizontal bars ( palms facing down ) hold the vertical bars so your palms face out and away from you. Keep your elbows slightly bent and your arms should be parallel with the floor. Dont' cheat and use momentum, control the weight, hold it for a count at extension and fight it on the way back

I really feel it in my rear delts this way. Good luck!

....I'll have to post a few pics up when I feel more comfortable with myself :)
