It seems like one of the long term concerns about aas is heart attack and stroke resulting from plaque build up and bad cholesterol.

It seems like the use of aromasin during a cycle as an anti-e is worthwhile.
It also seems like a baby aspirin a day won't hurt.

What can we do to minimize or prevent arterial plaque buildup over time?

A fibre rich diet with lots of veggies and fruits.

Avoid any and all junk food that contains trans fat or unhealthy saturated fats.

Avoid orals, they seem to play more havoc on you blood lipids than most injectable's do. Also take 2 grams of fish oil a day, seriously a good idea.... also eat a healthy diet and taking additional antioxidants may help.

Almost forgot one of the most important ones..as just mentioned WATCH YOUR BP! That can't be said enough.

Donating blood is a good one too.

Yep orals are bad,and the new 2009 anabolic reference said 4 grams of Fish oil(Atlantic Salmon) a day,so i will let you all know next week if this stuff helped out,when i get a blood test.I'm at 6 grams a day myself.

i think 6 grams is even on the low side.. i know a pro using 8 times that.. not that he is right or wrong i'm just saying there are big extremes.. personally im around the 8grams+ a day

For your omegas you guys should look into hemp oil, has a perfect 3:1 ratio, which matches the balance required by the human body. I've taken it for 3 years now and haven't looked back.

no dha or epa in hemp oil just ala.....fish oil is still king for heart health

Ya definitely, but for my omegas I'll stick with hemp.
