View Full Version : Healthy fat ideas???

im planning on added some more healthy fats to my diet. i would prefer a oil such as olive oil or flax oil..... is there one that is better than the other such as ratio of mono fats to poly fat?? or are they are generally the same and it wont really make a difference??

any other info would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Udo's oil.

There isn't a massive difference. Just make sure you get extra virgin. Baza is correct, and there is also salmon which are high in good fats.

flax seed oil is good but cannot be heated... i use it for salad dressings and in shakes.. evoo to cook with..fish oils (omega 3's) everyday as well..

Caught part of a radio program,they were talking about the superiority of SEAL oil over fish oil.

I tried drinking olive oil when dieting this summer. Absolutley disgusting.

take 6-8g fish oil ED
add oliv oil to EVERYTHING YOU CAN.
then peanutbutter, almonds/nuts ect. are good.
