I see everyone talking about EGGS!

From what i understand is that eggs are High in Cholesterol!

Can someone break down How much eggs you should eat per day/week when training?

i eat 2 whole omega 3 eggs and 15 egg whites

dont worry about whole eggs and eating to much cholesterol the cholesterol in eggs are healthy cholesterols that lower your cholesterol levels

Regular eggs contain saturated fat (in the yolk) which is where the cholesterol comes from. The white is albumin...pure protein. If you purchase Omega 3 eggs the hens are fed flax seed instead of corn or grain and the amount of saturated fat is greatly reduced and instead you have higher amounts of essential fats.
You do require some saturated fat however because your natural hormones ie GH, test, estrogen etc are all derived from cholesterol.
Use Omega 3 eggs and youll have no issues.

Agree with everyone here, eggs are really good for your health and are the most excellent quality of protein you can get from food. Cholesterol from eggs doesn't higher your cholesterol level since, like cnelson09 says, it actually lower your bad cholesterol levels.

I eat 4 yolk egg + 6 egg white at each breakfast.

Humm i was worried about the cholest.. So i was eating egg Whites only!

How do you guys eat them? Pan fried?? Microwave?

There is a difference in the amount of omega 3s (from basically 0 to 0.4g), but the rest is roughly the same....Although, the numbers in the below link don't add up, so the omega 3s must have a little more non-omega polys in them.

I used to eat 6 eggs every morning.
If I were to eat them now (I got sick of them after doing six every morning for like a year lol) I would do 2 full eggs and rest in eggwhite, roughly 10 eggwhites.

egg whites only is not a complete source of protien.

i love eggs! i could live on them everyday 5 times a day! with lots of bacon and ham and sausages and toast!!! and SALT!!! OMG my mouth is watering!! LOLOL

i hate eggs. Make me want to throw up, but i go through the disgust and eat them anyway

I spray a ramkin glass dish with some Pam spray and pour them into it. Then I cook them in the microwave for about 2 min..top with salt and pepper, salsa or a sprinkle of low fat cheddar.

Omlets....omg I love these while dieting.

Every few days I chop up veggies..onion, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, celery broccoli.

I don't put celery in an omelet but save it for stir fry.

I spray a frying pan with Pam and saute the veggies for a few min. Then I pour on the egg whites out of the carton...let is steam with a lid on it so I won't have to flip it...they don't flip well with egg whites.

Top with salt and pepper and salsa..to die for. Can be a huge meal with very low calories.
