once i had a guy doing dummy chainsaws! on the only adjustable bench in the gym( this bench offcourse was a piece of crap that every time he did a rep the thing would wobble. But i needed it for incline dummies. So i say "Hey bud id like to do incline dummies and you could do those holding on the DB rack this way you'll be more stable!" well bud said sure with a puzzeled look and went off to do as suggested!

i dont know why people get so pissed for the most part if asked people will adjust or move.
If they get rude just laugh in there face and walk away!


to laugh in some1's face is one of a few great ways to insult someone!and make them feel stupid!!

They are forbidden to eat any meat, fish and even eggs. So I say there you go problem solved, you will never going to put quality muscle at a REASONABLE speed if you are not going to pound on beef, chicken and eggs!

I'm not bothered by their Turban, its the smell that gets to me... Lots of the young people don't have it though, just the older guys who reek of it maybe because their diets are different.

it funny cuz i grew up in surrey and i have lots of east indian friends and once in awhile i'd tell them they stinkLOL and they all told me the same thing
