Depending on the source, some people say that you shouldn't eat any carbs later than 7:00 at night when cutting, others say none after 5:00. So the general consensus is that carbs at night = bad for dieting. But at the same time, it's known that it's beneficial to eat carbs after a workout. So what happens if you work during the day and can only workout at night? You pretty have no choice but to eat carbs at night after your workout. Or would it be better to not eat carbs until breakfast? This is for a cutting diet I'm talking about. Oh, and before anyone goes there, no chance in Haaaayelllllll, I can get up extra early and go to the gym before going to work...just ain't gonna happen lol.

Most people stop there starch carbs at 5:00,and there last meal at 7:00 or 8:00 pm is just a tomato or broccoli(veggies) for there last carb meal with there protein.

drink your carbs , ie pwo shake then thats it for carbs, your muscles should be depleted of glycogen and will use carbs and protein for recovery.
