Hey guys,

As im getting older i would like to start addin HCG to my cycles i understand that 250-500 iu every 2-3 days is recommended but this is where i get a bit confused.

I just want to make sure my math is right as i have never used HCG before.

If i get 5000iu and add 1ml of bac water to it i have 5000iu/ml

Now using a slin pin with 1cc 100 units i would draw to 1/2 the 10 mark or 5 units to get 250iu, is this correct?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but better safe than sorry.

Here is what i do.....i add 1ml of water to the HCG vial, mix it and draw it up and inject it into a sterile/unused vial...next i add another 1.5ml of water to the solution/vial. This gives me a solution which is 2.5ml/5000iu or 0.5ml/1000iu...so to get a 500iu dose, all i need to do is draw 25 units or 0.25ml/cc on a 1ml/100unit slin pin....

Since you are older I would run 500iu E3D. However, I think after reading some research it would be more beneficial to use HCG the day after your last shot..Crank 10,000iu within 2 weeks.

Somebody should sticky HCG Protocols and Reconstituting instructions for begginers, it would immensely help in the long run. Mods, Vets?

I agree ive read many different protocols some run during cycle, some after cycle before PCT.

Some front load heavy and taper off, some run evenly.

Aftr reading up i was going to front load after cycle and taper off into PCT then read somewhere that heavy dosing could damage the leydig cells.

Is there any problem with leaving it in the HCG vial after reconstitution and NOT transferring it to an unused vial?

The vials tend to be a little on the small side. They barely fit 2ml. Personally I just leave it in anyways, you just have to be more precise. Also with smaller volumes, the ratio that will be wasted in the needle gets higher

Depends what brand of HCG you are using...i guess i should have been more clear with the instructions above...they were for Organon HCG which comes in a small amp like HG test does....so you need to either transfer it once mixed or store it in pre-loaded slin pins....when it comes to vet or chinese GH, where the peptide is in a sterile, multi-use vial, there is no reason to transfer anything...just add B. water, refrigerate and draw what's needed, when it's needed.
