i was just curious if anyone knows how many current pros are on the palumbo diet, i think i only can name tony freeman, evan centaponi, and erik fankhouser.
i have never dieted before until now and i am following his outline he has set out on his diet plan with good results so far, mostly fat loss over last 10 weeks with very little muscle loss, strength almost same since i started it.
it would be interesting if someone like cutler or coleman did his diet to see how they would dial in for a show. it just seems to easy to follow and no guess work really as in traditional diets where you slowly cut down the carbs and fats weekly.

Evan Centopani is no longer with Palumbo, he switched over to Kai Greene's trainer, Oscar Ardon---- prior to winning the New York Pro.
Nicole Ball is with Palumbo, but not sure who else is...

I doubt that the famous palumbo diet is what he has his actual clients take. The principle is the same, but I'm sure the meals are quite different.

I would guess the diet is the same except its customized based on what that persons bodytype and goals are like how much fat they need to lose etc.

He has many Pros...check out his website. Ive seen Toney Freemans diet very similar to mine.

Evan left because his diet was the same as everyone elses, he needed to take it to the next level and couldnt get there ala Palumbo, he made a smart move IMHO. Go on the net and find the diet, why pay a guy for a diet thats plastered all over the net and anybody with half a brain knows when to incorporate protein/fat days and protein/veggy days to get dialed in.
Cutler or Coleman on a Keto diet??? Ha, these guys take in tremendous amounts of carbs...woudlnt make sense, esp for coleman he was diced as can be.

Got an article written from him that directly implies this?
That's like saying people leave Chad because he uses the same diet with everyone and truth likely is that he does but with the customized tweaks to suit the individual.

That is completely false. Evan left for reasons to do with his career management wise, sponsorships, and politics (Blechman) it had nothing to do with the diet what so ever. Not to mention Evans diet was very different from what is posted online.

I've seen his diet and its not far off. Thats what he said in his Column in MD anyways...not like I talked to him in person, lol. Im sure someone can go to MD online and ask him directly in the Pros forum if it means that much.

MD is owned by Belchman and will say anything he wants. Evans diet was much different...not even going into ketosis at the start. I found out from an inside source what was happening prior to it even being printed online or in MD...it was a career choice nothing to do with Dave or the diet.

Just the same as Fouad switching gears over to Hany or Cutler switching over to Hany as well. Sometimes changes need to be made.

Agree with P here. It was funny how quickly evan's faith in the keto diet "vanished"....he was a guy who got fantastic results from it and turned pro with it. Within a month after dave left md evan switched over. He was a guy who swore by it..........i dug up a quote from his about a year back where he went passionately into great detail about why Keto Palumbo diet was right for him:

Zero carbs on the ohter hand is a piece of cake if you do it 100%. You obviously have to create a caloric deficit when you diet. You're not gonna drop your protein so you can either cut carbs or cut fats, It makes more sense to cut carbs because:
1. No insulin spikes = growth hormone is high = fat burning is in
2. No fluctuations in muscloe glycogen levels means you look, feel, weigh consistent. The last thing you need when dieting is anything to **** with your head. It sucks to look good at 2:00p.m. and like shit by 7:00pm. That's a real mind screw.
3. On a low carb diet it is a given that you WILL run out of carbs. That means your brain will be searching for them...that's when you feel like crap. With zero carbs you force your brain to use ketone bodies which means you always feel clear, focused, and ready to go. And if you run out of dietary fat then you have a limitless supply of bodyfat that your metabolism can resort to.
I could go on but just trust me, go zero or don't bother.
