For exemple you can take Nitrix for about 2 month. For Plasma Jet it's 4 days per week maximum...

Yes and no. No they most of time wrote shit on the label. Yes because it can be a reference to test it and see if that work for yourself. It depend on your weigth, height, mass, fat, etc. I was doing 3 days on, 1 day off with Plasmat Jet before and it was working really great.

In seriousness, I've taken Creatine and No2 before, recommended by Physique, and I really liked it. I wasn't expecting to put on amazing size and strength, but I felt full, which is what I expected, and enjoyed it. I will take again this fall I think.
