from an experienced person. Is there anyone that you guys could recomend cuz i am hesistant about just forkin over money to some guy on the net without references or at least some good feedback. why not just get someone experienced to give you tips on your training, find someone who can give hands on help locally.as far as aas and diet there is tons of info out there on both.nobody has a magic formula. just work hard in the gym, eat enough to recuperate, and the drugs will do their magic with the other 2 in place. you have to be patient in this sport . 8 to 10 lbs on an experienced lifter is a good year, 3 years of that and your a big man. feel free to pm me if you need help.

There is tonnes of bad info out there, but why not hire someone and learn the right way instead of experimenting. And I know that the trainers that were mentioned will look after your health and well being as well and have years of experience training people.
